Not all Characters that have a Higher DC can beat characters lower than them because that character might have an ability or broken hax that can defeat that character, also all tiers will be not have all the actual
Destructive Capacity listing like Multi Solar System and Multi Galaxy others will not be listed in the tiers as they should specified in the Character Profile
Also Multi Star is above a Solar System Buster
Attack Potency will not be considered in the Tiers because these are more of speculation and calc based, as well in a debate attack potency shouldn't be considered unless said otherwise
Tier 11: Below Human Levels
Tier 10-C: Human Levels
Tier 10-B: Street Level and Foddler Tiers
Tier 10-A: Wall Level and Tree Level
Tier 9-C: Small Building Level/Boulder Level
Tier 9-B: Building Level: characters who can break down a house sized building
Tier 9-A: Large Building Level: Characters who can break down Skyscraper sized buildings
Tier 8-C: City Block Level:
Tier 8-B: Multi City Block Level:
Tier 8-A: Town Level: Characters who can take down a Village or small city
Tier 7-C: City Level: Destroying Large Cities

Tier 6-B Low End: Country Level: Countries that are smaller than USA, China, Russia etc

Tier 5-C: Moon Level/Planetoid Level and Lifewiper Level: Characters who can bust a moon, Planetoid, or Satellite, and Characters who Wipe the Surface and all life on a planet

Tier 5-A: Large Planet Level/ Multi Planet Level: these include Gas Giants
Tier 4-C: Star Level: Characters who can bust a star as well as causing a chain reaction to destroy a solar system
Tier 4-B: Solar System/ Black Hole Level: Powers Equivalent to a Super Nova or Destruction/Creation of a Black Hole
Tier 4-A: Star System Level/Multi Star and Star Cluster Level: Characters who can bust Star Systems, and Multiple Stars, also much higher end of control on Black holes
Tier 3-C: Galaxy Level: this Tier ranges from Galaxy to multi-galaxy, and can destroy a universe in an amount of time(put high end for multi-galaxy)
Tier 3-B: Universe Level( Characters who can bust a Universe at full power)
Tier 3-A: Omni Universe Level: Characters that have absolute Power in a Universe but are weaker outside his universe(note they can still bust a universe at full power outside its universe unless proven otherwise), Also Characters in tier 3-B can fight characters in this tier evenly
Tier 2-C: Low End Mutiversal or Universal+ Level: Characters who have Total Influence in a Universe and can affect more than 1 Universe EX: Time Eater
Tier 2-B: Multiversal: Characters that can destroy a Multiverse in a amount of time or affect Universes up to 100 Ex: Solaris
Tier 2-A: High End Multiversal+: Characters able to destroy or create more than 100 Universes
Tier 1-C: Nigh Omnipotent/Metaversal: Characters who are Nigh Omnipotent or could Destroy more than Billion to Infinite Universes in an instant or a Multi-Multiversal( Note: Depends on size of the Multiverse considering the Post Genesis Wave only has 4 known Universes), Characters bigger than a multiverse can be classified in this
Tier 1-B Functional Omnipotent: Characters who gain the Power similar to a True Omnipotent but a True Omnipotent usually trumps a Functional
Tier 1-A True Omnipotent: Characters or Substances who have Absolute Power in their respectable fiction and can't be defeated by anyone
Tier 0: Beyond Omnipotent: Usually these characters are in off panels and just used for fun
