Anyone Who Ranks in The Tier List Will be Able to Create or Destroy anything in Their Respective Tier 

Not all Characters that have a Higher DC can beat characters lower than them because that character might have an ability or broken hax that can defeat that character

Tier 10: Anything a ordinary Human can Do

Tier 9-C: Wall Level ex: Eggman

Tier 9-B: Building Level

Tier 9-A: Large Building Level Ex: Tails

Tier 8-C: City Block Level

Tier 8-B: Multi City Block Level

Tier 8-A: Town Level

Tier 7-C: City Level ex: Game Sonic with no emeralds

Tier 7-B: Multi City Level Ex: Mephiles

Tier 7-A: Mountain Level

Tier 6-C: Island Level

Tier 6-B Low End: Country Level

Tier 6-B High End:  Large Country Level

Tier 6-A : Continent Level

Tier 5-C: Lifewiper Level( Character who is able wipe all life on a planet) Ex: Iblis

Tier 5-B: Moon Level Ex: Red Emerald Sonic

Tier 5-A: Planet Level Ex: Dark Gaia

Tier 4-C: Large Planet/Multi Planet Level Ex: Snively Surfer

Tier 4-B: Star Level Ex: E.V.E

Tier 4-A: Solar System Level/ Star System Level: Put high end for Star System Level and Multi-Solar System EX: Ultimate Emerl

Tier 3-C: Galaxy Level: this Tier ranges from Galaxy to multi-galaxy(put high end for multi-galaxy)

Tier 3-B: Universe Leve( Characters who can bust a Universe at full power)EX: Darkspine Sonic

Tier 3-A: Omni Universe Level: Characters that have absoulte Power in a Universe Ex: Feist

Tier 2-C: Low End Mutiversal or Universal+ Level: Characters who are able to destroy or create more Universes than 1 up to 10 EX: Time Eater

Tier 2-B: Multiversal: Characters who are able to destroy or create up to 1,000 universes Ex: Solaris

Tier 2-A: High End Multiversal+: Characters able to destroy or create more than 1,000 Universes Ex: Master Mogul(Dimitri Powers)

Tier 1-C: Nigh Omnipotent/Megaversal: Characters who are Nigh Omnipotent or could Destroy more than Billion to Infinite Universes or a Multiverse( Note: Depends on size of the Multiverse considering the Post Genesis Wave only has 2 known Universes) EX: Enerjak ( Megaverse is a Marvel Gimick its not an actual scientific Definition so don't expect for an outright statemate of a character being megaversal)

Tier 1-B Functional Omnipotent: Characters who gain the Power similar to a True Omnipotent but a True Omnipotent usually trumps a Functional

Tier 1-A True Omnipotent: Characters or Substances who have Absolute Power in all the Omniverse and can't be defeated by anyone EX: Source of All

Tier 0: Beyond Omnipotent: Usually these characters are in off panels and just used for fun
